Gulp!

Ok... I know this sounds crazy but I am nervous!!! VERY nervous! I just registered for the PRAXIS test, this is the test I have to take prior to being admitted 'officially' in the teaching program... its the ACT all over again. And quite frankly I didn't do so swell on the ACT. I have two week and the test will last 4 1/2 hours. The only saving grace is that it has three parts, if I pass two of them and not one I only have to re-take the one I didn't pass. I can do this... right?

ahhhhhh!

Oh, you so totally CAN do it! Those timed, long, life changing tests are sooo nerve wracking! Lisa (my sister) may have some test taking pointers for ya! She is giving GED practice tests all day at work.
I have faith in you Pam! You'll do great!!!

Yes, U do give the GED practice tests but I have never ever taken the Praxis. We had to take the NTE (national teachers exam) and it was tough. Just use those test taking skills from high school-- read all of the information and then the question twice so you know what they are asking for and then start eliminating answer choices. If you have three left, go- einy, meiny, miney, moo- my mother told me to pick the very best one and you are it-- it is that easy!!!!!!! :-)

Good Luck and let us know
